1. This machine is divided into three steam humidification areas, one drying setting area and one cooling setting area, which are connected to each device by conveyor belt, and equipped with imported material conveyor belt.
2. Electric eye will monitor the process of cloth entry.
3. Heating device: electrical and steam circulation at the upper and lower ends.
4. The steam temperature can be tuned according to different cloth materials the temperaturies within 125°c ~185°c with rapid temperature rise.
5. Cooling device:The powerful induced - draft cooling system is adopted, allowing complete cooling and setting of the material.
6.  Automatic fabric conveying device: It keeps a certain vertical are between the fabric and the conveyor belt, allowing the conveying of the fabric without tension.
7. Suction hood device: It absorbs residual steam in the humidification zone to keep the air in the workplace fresh.
8. Fabric unloading device: the fabric is folded back and forth by swinging the rocker arm.
9. Length measurer: Electronic length measurer,which accurately measure the fabric length.
10. Net belt automatic deviation correction device: automatically adjusts when the net takes away deviation, frequency conversion speed regulating conveyor belt.
11. Double mesh belt design, high and low temperature mesh belt independent operation, pre shrinkage shaping effect is better at the same time, greatly extend the service life of mesh belt.
12. Equipped with carding and unwinding edge cloth device.
